Ingredients
3 to 4 lb pork shoulder or pork butt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ cup chicken broth or apple juice
Slider buns
Coleslaw and your favorite BBQ sauce
Prep
Rub pork with olive oil and seasonings.
Place in a roasting pan and add broth or juice.
Cook
Steam + Convection
300°F
30 to 40 percent steam
3 to 3½ hours, until fork-tender.
Finish
Shred pork and mix with pan juices.
Add BBQ sauce if desired.
